Blueberry & Vanilla Baked Oats – Easy & Delicious

Ingredients

1 cup (80g) rolled oats

2 eggs

1/4 cup (4 tbsp) vanilla yogurt (I used Alpro for a dairy-free option)

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

3 ½ oz (100g) blueberries

Directions

Preheat oven to **400°F (200°C) or 360°F (180°C fan)**. If using an air fryer, set to **360°F (180°C)**.

Grease a small baking dish with spray oil, butter, or margarine.

In the dish, mix together the oats, eggs, yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract & baking powder, then stir in the blueberries.

Bake for **20-25 minutes** until golden and set.

Serve warm with extra yogurt or custard! 😋
