Cheese Fondue (Allynn)

1 cup white wine
1 lb imported Swiss cheeses (grated)
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp Kirsch or Cherry Brandy
1 garlic clove
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Directions
Rub inside of pot with clove of garlic.
Heat 1 cup of white wine on stove.
Gradually add one pound of grated Swiss cheese and melt.
Mix 2 tbsp of flour with 2 tbsp of Kirsch or cherry brandy.
Add flour and brandy mixture to melted cheese and stir until mixed.
Add salt, pepper, and paprika to taste.
