50g 0% Greek yoghurt

40g blended oats

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 scoop vanilla whey

80ml almond milk

1/2 TSP almond extract

Directions

Mix until you have an even consistency and add:

10g honey

10g almond flakes

Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes
