High-protein, crockpot comfort food with big flavor and minimal effort.
This one is perfect for meal prep — tender, saucy, and hits every time.
What you’ll need:
2 lb lean beef chuck (910 g)
¼ cup gochujang paste (60 g)
2 tbsp honey (42 g)
¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce (60 ml)
1 cup beef broth (240 ml)
1 tbsp minced garlic (15 g)
How to make it:
Directions
Add beef directly to the crockpot.
In a bowl, whisk together gochujang, honey, soy sauce, beef broth, and garlic.
Pour sauce over the beef.
Cook on LOW for 8 hours until fall-apart tender.
Shred, mix back into the sauce, and serve.
Serve it over rice, cauliflower rice, in lettuce wraps, or straight out of the container — no judgment.
