Ingredients

1lb hamburger

1/2c instant rice

2tbsp chopped onion

1/4c chopped green pepper

1tsp salt

1/2tsp celery salt

1tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

1/4tsp garlic salt

1 egg

1 can 10.5oz tomato soup

Milk- enough to thin the soup

Directions

Combine all ingredients except soup and milk. Mix. Form into balls. Place in heavy skillet. Cover with tomato soup thinned with milk. Cover, simmer till done.
