Streusel Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

•1 can (15 ounces) libbys pumpkin pie filling

•2 9 inch frozen deep dish pie crust

•2 Tbsp sugar

•1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

•1/4 Cup chopped walnuts

Directions

Preheat oven and baking sheet to 375 degrees. Prepare pie filling according to directions on canned pumpkin. Place on pie crust on preheated baking sheet. Pour filling into pie crust. Bake on preheated baking sheet 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, break/crumble second frozen crust into very small pieces; mix with 2 T. sugar, 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice and walnuts. Sprinkle over partially baked pie. Bake an additional 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely before serving.
