Apple Crumb Loaf Cake

2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup avocado oil. 1/2 cup almond milk
1 cup dark brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 large apple, peeled and chopped
Crumb topping
½ cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
½ cup chopped pecans
½ cup oil
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the oil, sugars, eggs, and vanilla. Stir in the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until just combined. Fold in the chopped apple and pour the batter into the pan.
In a small bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, pecans, oil, and cinnamon until crumbly, then sprinkle evenly over the batter.
Bake for 50-60 min, or until a toothpick in the center comes out clean. Let cool 15 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack.
