Cheesy Vegan Dressing

Ingredients

1/2 cup raw cashews

1/4 cup hemp hearts

1 ½ tbsp lemon juice

5 tbsp apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp nutritional yeast

1/4 tsp onion granules

1 tsp miso paste

⅓-1/2 cup water

1 medjool date

2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

Optional:

⅓ tsp salt or to taste

Directions

Add all the ingredients except for the dill. Blend until smooth. Mix in the dill. Add the dressing to the salad. Enjoy!
