Directions
Carne mechada recipe
Season meat with:
Salt
Pepper
Cumin
Worcestershire sauce
Sear flank steak in oil
Add 1 box of beef broth
Low boil for 1-2 hours; add water as needed
Shred beef and place back in pot with broth (stove off)
Fry veggies:
Onion
Jalapeño
Red pepper
Garlic
As veggies to meat and bring back to simmer until liquid reduces
