Creamy Chicken Alfredo Fettuccine

300g fettuccine pasta
2 chicken breasts (cubed)
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
4 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp butter
1 ½ cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp Italian seasoning
Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Directions
Cook the Pasta
Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a large pan.
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Sauté until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Make the Sauce
In the same pan, melt butter and add garlic. Sauté for 1 minute.
Pour in the heavy cream and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until smooth and creamy.
Combine Everything
Return the chicken to the pan.
Add cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
Simmer for another 2 minutes on low heat.
Garnish & Serve
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
Serve hot and enjoy!
