Hot Honey Chicken

2lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, cubed
Garlic Powder, Paprika, Chili Powder, Salt
2tbsp Olive Oil
2tbsp Honey
1/4 Cup Hot Sauce (mild wing sauce)
2 Cups Jasmine Rice
Juice and zest of 1 lime
Salt
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
1 12oz Bag Frozen Corn
1/2 Medium Red Onion, diced
2 Jalapeños, diced
1/4 Cup Chopped Cilantro
Juice of 1 Lime
Salt
1 can of black beans
Directions
For the Chicken: cube your chicken.
Drizzle with olive oil and season generously with the chili powder, paprika & garlic powder. Add salt. Warm a medium sized pan over medium heat.
Add the chicken & lower heat to medium-low. Cook the chicken throughly. Add the hot sauce & honey and allow it to bubble for 1-2 minutes!
Set the chicken aside.
For the Cilantro Lime Rice: cook your jasmine rice. mixin the cilantra lime rest and juice, and, pinch of saurof sweet and For the corn salsa: Heat a small pan over medium heat. Pour in the corn & season with salt. Blister both sides of the corn.
Mix the corn with the diced jalapeño, red onion, cilantro and lime juice.
