Adams’ Steak Kebab Marinade

1 1/2 cups canola or veg. oil
3/4 cups soy sauce
1/4 cup worcestershire
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. ground pepper
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 lbs steak
Bell peppers
Onions
Squash
Mushrooms
Directions
Mix all ingredients and add meat (cut into 2” cubes) to ziplock bag. Marinate in refrigerator 1-2 days. Skewer meat and alternating veggies. Cook on hot grill until tender.
