Ingredientes

2 oz soy sauce

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp chili paste

1 tsp cornstarch

10 oz ground meat

Glass or rice noodles

4 green onions, thin sliced, separate white and green

1 tbsp oil

1/2 cup chicken stock or broth

Instruções

Whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili paste.

Add cornstarch and whisk again

Add ground meat and mix together

Let sit for 30 minutes to marinate

Soak noodles

Chop green onions

Heat oil in pan

Add and cook meat over high heat for a few minutes

Add 2/3 of green onions and cook for a couple minutes

Add chicken stock and reduce for 2-3 minutes

Add noodles to the pan and stir fry until liquid is absorbed and noodles are fully cooked

Serve with green onions

Notas

Add more marinade ingredients while stir frying
