Almond Croissant Baked Oats

Base
220 g rolled oats (≈2 1/2 cups)
160 g apple sauce (≈2/3 cup)
60 g @ghostlifestyle cereal milk whey (use code “TORIN” to save $) (≈2 scoops)
400–425 ml milk of choice (≈1 2/3 cups)
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp almond extract
Topping
2 tbsp ground almonds (≈20 g)
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (≈15 g)
50 g almond butter (≈3 tbsp)
40 g flaked almonds (≈1/2 cup)
Icing sugar to sprinkle (optional)
Instruções
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
Grease a baking dish and mix all base ingredients together
Mix ground almonds, maple syrup and almond butter in a small bowl
Spread over the oat mixture and top with flaked almonds
Bake 35–40 mins until set and lightly golden
Let cool 15 mins before slicing
Keeps in the fridge 3–4 days, perfect for meal prep.
