Tahini Cabbage

Ingredientes

1 green cabbage, cut to thin slices

1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper

5 tablespoons of olive oil

Cashew-Tahini dressing ingredients-

3 garlic cloves

1 jalapeño without the seeds

Handful of parsley leaves

1/2 cup of raw cashews

1 teaspoon of salt

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1/4 cup of tahini

Juice from 1/2 lemon

1/2 cup of cold water

Put all the ingredients in a small food processor and process to a smooth dressing.

Garnish- 1/4 teaspoon of sumac

Instruções

Preheat the oven to 420F / 220C

On a baking pan with parchment paper put the sliced cabbage.

Add the seasoning and mix it well with your hands.

Spread the cabbage evenly on the baking sheet.

Bake it in the oven on 420F for 25 minutes.

Transfer to convection broil on 450F for 7-8 minutes until the cabbage is golden and crisp.

Put the roasted cabbage in a nice bowl.

Pour the dressing on top and garnish with sumac.
