Firecracker Chicken

Ingredientes

• 600g chicken sliced into chunks

Marinade:

• with chilli oil tbsp

• 2 tbsp gochujang

• Crushed garlic cloves x4

• 3 tbsp soy

• 2 tbsp veg oil

• Tbsp honey

Sauce:

• 350ml double cream

• Bunch spring onions

• 3tbsp soy

• Tsp ground ginger

• Mozzarella

Instruções

1. Marinate chicken for 6hrs or overnight

2. Seal chicken in hot pan

3. Add udon noodles - x2 big packs (x4-5 small)

4. And cream mixture

5. Mix

6. Add grated mozerella

7. Bake 190c for 15-20mins
