Cheesecake (Ann Hemmel)

Ingredientes

1/3 packed crushed graham crackers

1 stick butter

2 tablespoons sugar

3 eggs

1/2 cup sugar +1 tablespoon

12 ounce package cream cheese room temperature

1/2 pint sour cream

2 tablespoons of sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Instruções

Crust: mixed together, the graham cracker crumbs, butter, and sugar.

Mixed eggs in a bowl until foaming. Cream sugar, cheese and vanilla.

Pour over crumbs. Bacon 375° for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool. Then mix sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Put on top and bake at 400° for five minutes. Cool.
