1/3 Cup Oats
1/2 Banana
Cinnamon
1 Scoop Protein Powder
1 Tsp Baking powder
1/2 Cup Plant Milk
Toppings:
1/2 Tbsp Biscoff Spread
Cooked Apples with cinnamon and a dash a maple syrup
Instruções
Blend all the ingredients for the Oats together
Pour the mixture into an oven safe bowl and pop the Biscoff in the middle, covering it with the cooked apples
place in the oven at 180°c for 18 minutes
