Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Bark

Ingredientes

1 cup peanut butter powder

1 scoop @flavcity vanilla protein powder (but any vanilla protein powder works)

2 tablespoons oat flour

2 tablespoons sugar-free maple syrup

2 tablespoons natural peanut butter

1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk

Pinch of salt

2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips

Optional:

Melted dark chocolate for drizzling or covering the top

Instruções

Line a small baking sheet, tray, or plate with parchment paper.

In a bowl, combine the peanut butter powder, protein powder, oat flour, and salt. Add the sugar-free maple syrup, peanut butter, and almond milk and stir until a thick cookie dough forms. If needed, add an extra splash of almond milk until the mixture comes together.

Spread the mixture into a thin layer on the prepared parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with the mini chocolate chips and gently press them into the surface. If desired, drizzle with melted dark chocolate or spread a thin layer over the top.

Freeze for 1-2 hours or until firm. Break or cut into 8 pieces and store in the freezer.
