Spiced Hibiscus Tea

48 ounces water
1½ ounces whole dried hibiscus flowers (about 1½ cups)
6 (3-inch) strips orange zest plus 2 tablespoons juice
6 (2-inch) strips lemon zest plus 2 tablespoons juice
1 (½-inch) piece ginger, peeled and sliced thin
1 cinnamon stick
1 star anise pod
1 whole clove
2-4 tablespoons cane syrup
Instruções
Bring water to a boil in large saucepan. Add remaining ingredients and remove from heat. Let steep for 30 minutes, strain, and refrigerate.
