Garlic Butter Cod Strips with Sweet Chili Lime

Ingredientes

Cod fillets (cut into thick strips) – 600 g 🐟

Butter – 3 tbsp 🧈

Olive oil – 1 tbsp 🫒

Garlic (minced) – 4 cloves 🧄

Sweet chili sauce – ⅓ cup 🌶️

Lime juice – 2 tbsp 🍋🟩

Lime zest – 1 tsp 🍋🟩

Soy sauce – 1 tbsp 🍶

Red chili flakes – ½ tsp 🌶️

Salt – ¾ tsp 🧂

Black pepper – ½ tsp

Fresh parsley (chopped) – 2 tbsp 🌿

Instruções

- Pat cod dry and season with salt and pepper

- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat

- Add garlic and sauté briefly until fragrant

- Sear cod strips 2–3 minutes per side until golden

- Reduce heat and add sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, and zest

- Spoon sauce over cod and simmer 2–3 minutes until glossy

- Finish with chili flakes and fresh parsley
