Preheat the oven to 400°F
Heat Vegetable Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place Boneless Pork Chops in the oil, and sear
Combine Cream of Mushroom Soup, Milk, Dalt, and Pepper in a medium bowl
Arrange Potatoes and Onions in a 9x13-inch baking dish
Place browned Pork Chops over Potatoes and Onions, then pour the soup mixture over everything in the dish
Bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven, remove and top with cheese
Bake for another 30 minutes
