Chicken Parm With A Marinara Sauce

80g cornflour

225g panko breadcrumbs
80g Parmesan
75g mozzarella cheese

4 garlic cloves
400g passata

Flatten the chicken breast between two sheets of cling film with a rolling pin
Put the cornflour, egg and breadcrumbs mixed with the Parmesan in 3 separate bowls
