Chicken Parm With A Marinara Sauce

  • 4breaded chicken breasts

  • 80g cornflour

  • 225g panko breadcrumbs

  • 80g Parmesan

  • 75g mozzarella cheese

  • 4 garlic cloves

  • 400g passata

  • 1tbs olive oil

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 1 tsp rosemary

  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  1. Flatten the chicken breast between two sheets of cling film with a rolling pin

  2. Put the cornflour, egg and breadcrumbs mixed with the Parmesan in 3 separate bowls
