Strawberry Cucumber Salad

2 cups chopped strawberries
2 cups chopped cucumbers (I used Persian or mini cucumbers for extra crunch)
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
5-10 leaves fresh basil, chopped (depending on size)
5-10 leaves fresh mint, chopped (depending on size)
Salt + pepper, to taste
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 a lemon, juice only
1/2 tsp honey
1/2 tsp white wine vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt + pepper, to taste

Add all dressing ingredients to a small bowl or jar. Whisk or shake together to combine. Set aside.
Add all salad ingredients to a large serving bowl. Pour dressing overtop and toss to combine. Adjust seasonings to taste and serve immediately!
