Peanut Butter Berry Overnight Oats

Per Serving

Rolled oats 3⁄4 cup (60 g)

Powdered peanut butter 2 tbsp (13 g)

Ground flaxseed 1 tbsp (7 g)

Frozen blueberries 1⁄3 cup (70 g)

Soy milk 1 cup (240 g)

Sliced almonds 1 tbsp (8 g)

Line up 4 Mason jars or containers and add the following ingredients to each:

3⁄4 cup of rolled oats (60 g)

2 tbsp of powdered peanut butter (13 g)

1 tbsp of flaxseed (7 g)

1⁄3 cup of frozen blueberries (70 g)

1 cup of soy milk (240 g)

1 tbsp of sliced almonds (8 g) (you can add these at the time of consumption for them to be more crunchy)

Pop the lids on, give them a good shake to combine the ingredients, and place them in the fridge to chill.

When you're ready to eat breakfast each day, just remove one container from the fridge and enjoy!
