I love papayas. Papaya is a nutrient-rich superfood that supports digestion, boosts immunity, promotes skin health, reduces inflammation, and aids heart health with its powerful enzymes, antioxidants, and vitamins. But don’t throw out the papaya seeds. They’re rich in antioxidants, healthy fats, and antimicrobial properties, supporting digestion, liver detoxification, and gut health while potentially helping eliminate parasites. But don’t overdo it on the seeds. In moderation... as in 1/2 a teaspoon. Do your research 😅

1 papaya halved and seeds cleaned out. You don’t have to peel the papaya. As you can use it as a bowl

1 cup coconut milk mixed with,

1 cup of vanilla protein powder and adjust either to create a thick consistency.

add to papaya

top off with face toppings. I added walnuts, blueberries and pineapple. Frozen or fresh
