Mashed Potato Pancakes

재료

3/4 cup flour

3/4 cup mashed potatoes

1 1/2 cups water

1/2 cup cream

4 egg yolks, beaten

pinch of salt

4 beaten egg whites

Mix as for pancakes and add stiffly beaten eggs whites last. Bake.

I got this recipe from my great-aunt Catherine Wall, my grandfather, Adam Rueb's sister. She lived to be almost 100 years old.
