Grape soju 20ml
Dry gin 20ml
Melon and oolong cordial 40ml
Jelly bauble
Gelatine 5g
Berry syrup 40ml
Gold candurin
Soak a sheet of gelatin in cold water for 10 minutes, heat the syrup in the microwave, then add candurin.
Squeeze the gelatin well from the water and add it to the heated syrup and stir.
