450g Chicken Breast (Raw Wight)

½ Green Pepper

4-5 Celery

¼ Diced Red Onion

½ Cup Corn

Green Onions

Cilantro (Optional)

Creamy Dressing:

125g Greek Yogurt

½ Tbsp Low Fat Mayonnaise

1 Tsp Onions powder

1 Tsp Garlic Powder

1 Tsp Sweetener

Salt and Black pepper to taste

Chicken Seasoning Blend:

2 Tsp Garlic Powder

1 Tsp Onions powder

Salt and Black pepper to taste

Prepare the chicken breast by seasoning with the following: 2 Tsp Garlic Powder, 1 Tsp Onions powder. Salt and Black pepper to taste

Cook in the air fryer at 360F for 22 minutes, flipping halfway through (11 Minutes)

Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for 10 mins and shred into thin pieces.

Prepare the dressing by combining the following: 125g Greek Yogurt, ½ Tbsp Low Fat Mayonnaise , 1 Tsp Onions powder, 1 Tsp Garlic Powder, 1 Tsp Sweetener, Salt and Black pepper to taste

Into a large bowl add in all the ingredients above and mix well.

Divide into 2 equal portions, serve with veggies or chips and enjoy!
