High-protein chicken thigh loaf pan bake
1kg Skinless chicken thighs
150g 0% fat Greek yogurt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion
4 cloves garlic
1 lemon
Salt & pepper, cumin, paprika, mixed herbs

Add everything into a large bowl and mix until fully combined.
Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 1 hour.
Drain off any excess water.
Slice or chop into portions and serve.
