Crispy Chilli Tempeh Noodles

1 block of tempeh
Avocado oil
1 tbsp chilli oil
1 minced garlic clove
1/2 thumb grated ginger
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp agave nectar
250g noodles
Sauce:
1 tbsp tahini
1 tsp chilli oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp agave
1 tsp ground sichuan peppercorns
1 tsp Chinese 5 spice
1 tsp mirin
1/4 cup water

For the tempeh, heat avocado oil in a pan. Crumble the tempeh with your fingers and add to the pan. Start to fry the tempeh, you may need to drizzle some more oil over until the tempeh pieces are coated in oil. Fry until they come brown and crisp. Add in the ingredients for the tempeh and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Cook noodles and drain and rinse, add to pan
For the sauce, mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until smooth.
