Ground beef—120g

Onion 1/4

Garlic 3 Cloves

Shitake 3 pieces

Red wine 100CC

Tomato Puree from blending cherry tomatoes 200G

Sugar 1tbsp

Salt

Rosemary 1 twig

Blend cheery tomaotes into puree.

Dice mushrooms and onion.

Melt some butter in pan, add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add onions and mushroom.

Add more butter in pan, add rosemary. Fry until fragrant.

Add ground meat and season with salt and pepper. Cook until brown.

Add red wine.

Add tomato puree, season with salt and sugar. cook for as long as you want.
