Who Wants a Cranberry Cinnamon Sour

This festive cocktail is as cozy as it is vibrant โ€” the perfect balance of tart cranberry and warm cinnamon. Itโ€™s a great sip before Thanksgiving and Christmas (justโ€ฆ maybe steer clear of your white furniture ๐Ÿ˜‰).

Ingredients (per serving):

1 egg white or aquafaba

2 oz gin

3/4 oz lemon juice

3/4 oz cranberry juice

1/2 oz cinnamon syrup (recipe below)

coated cranberries to garnish (recipe below)

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker and dry shake to start โ€” this creates the foam. Then add your ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with coated cranberries. Enjoy!

Cinnamon syrup:

1 cup Sugar In The Raw @intheraw

1 cup water

4 cinnamon sticks

dash of vanilla if desired

Combine sugar and water and boil until the sweetener dissolves. Reduce to a simmer and add cinnamon sticks โ€” simmer for 5min. Let cool completely (about an hour) then strain.

Coated Cranberries:

Combine a handful of cranberries, Hot Agave In The Raw and Monk Fruit In the Raw. Toss until cranberries are fully coated with the sweetener.
