15 oz can chickpeas, drained with liquid reserved
1/4 c chickpea liquid, or less as needed
1/4 c tahini
3 T olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
1-2 garlic cloves
1/2 t cumin
1/4 t salt- to taste
1-2 T canned adobo chilis

Blend all ingredients in food processor. Adjust liquids, salt as needed for desired consistency and taste.

Delicious. Way better than store-bought.
