2 ribs celery, chopped fine

1 cup mayonnaise cup minced red onion

¼ cup minced dill or sweet pickles

¼ cup minced fresh parsley

3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 garlic clove, minced

½ teaspoon Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper
