Soft Paneer Tikka Tacos

For Paneer Tikka

Paneer

Capsicum

Onion

Any other veggies of your choice

1 cup dahi (yogurt)

2–3 tbsp gram flour (besan)

Salt

Kashmiri red chilli powder

Cumin powder

Garam masala

Hing (optional)

Kasuri methi

Ginger–garlic paste

Coriander leaves

Oil

Mix everything and sauté in a pan until paneer and veggies are cooked and slightly charred.

For Garlic Yogurt Sauce

1 cup yogurt

4–5 garlic cloves (crushed or grated)

Oregano

Chilli flakes

Black pepper

Salt

Coriander leaves (finely chopped)

Mint leaves (finely chopped)

Method:

Mix all ingredients until smooth.

For Avocado Sauce

2 avocados

2–3 garlic cloves

3–4 tbsp garlic yogurt sauce

Method:

Blend everything into a smooth paste.

For Salad

Onion

Tomato

Cabbage

Coriander leaves

Spices of your choice (salt, pepper, chilli flakes, etc.)

Method:

Mix everything well.

Assembly

I used the @oldelpasoaustralia soft tortilla packet and their salsa for extra dressing.

Warm tortillas → spread avocado sauce → add paneer tikka → add salad → drizzle garlic yogurt sauce → top with salsa → fold & enjoy!
