1/3 cup of rolled oats

scoop of vanilla protein powder

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tablespoon coconut flakes

1/2 can Aonic Fuel in Smooth Vanilla (around 1 cup) @aoniclife (or 1cup choice or milk but this version will have less protein)

mix and let sit overnight

top off with melted chocolate, almond butter, toasted coconut flakes and almonds. Enjoy 😊
