Festive Tacos

300g chicken breast, butterflied then sliced all the way through

1 tsp mixed herbs, or Italian seasoning

1 tsp garlic granules

Salt & pepper

90g sage & Onion stuffing, mixed with 100g boiling water

4 Mini tortilla wraps

30g brie

20g cranberry sauce

100g made-up chicken gravy

Spray a pan with oil, add the chicken then season with mixed herbs, garlic granules, salt & pepper. Fry for 3 mins on a medium-high heat until it’s got a lovely colour, then flip and fry for the same amount of time.

Remove from the pan and let them rest for 3 mins before slicing.

Spray the same pan again with oil then place a tortilla wrap inside the pan. Top with the made-up stuffing, chicken, brie slices then cranberry sauce. Fold to make a taco then fry on both sides for a few mins to brown and to melt the brie. Serve with the gravy and dive right in!
