Watermelon Cucumber Agua Fresca

4 cups watermelon (seedless, cubed)

1 cup cucumber (peeled, chopped)

1–2 tbsp fresh lime juice (adjust to taste)

1–2 tbsp honey or agave syrup (optional)

1 cup cold water (or coconut water for extra hydration)

Ice cubes

Mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Blend: Add watermelon, cucumber, lime juice, and water to a blender. Blend until smooth.

Sweeten (Optional): Taste and add honey/agave if needed. Blend again briefly.

Strain (Optional): Pour through a fine mesh strainer for a smoother drink.

Serve: Pour over ice. Garnish with mint leaves or a cucumber slice.

Tips:

Chill your watermelon and cucumber beforehand to make it extra cold.

Add a pinch of salt or Tajín for a savory kick.
