Ingredients:

* 100g - Linwoods CoQ10 mix

* 50g - pumpkin seeds

* 5g - psyllium husk (powdered or grain)

* 150g - jumbo oats

* 150g - sunflower seeds

* 30g - chia

* 3tbsp - olive oil

* 1 tsp - salt

* 400ml - water

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees (fan).

2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

3. Place mixture in a lined greased loaf tin.

4. Bake for 60 minutes. Remove from the tin and bake for a further 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before cutting.
