Gingerbread Drink

Christmas is around the corner, so hereโs a fancy drink to save and replicate during the holidays! Perfect to enjoy hot or cold:
Gingerbread Syrup ๐ช
60g Gingerbread Biscuits
200g Water (or milk for a creamier touch)
Blend everything, then filter. Add:
330g Caster Sugar
5g Gum Arabic (for a smooth texture)
Blend until dissolved, then bottle and store in a cool place.
For the Drink โ๏ธ
30ml Gingerbread Syrup
30ml Whole Salted Egg
45ml Coffee Whisky
For a warm drink:

Heat to 50ยฐC, then blend to make it foamy.
For a cold drink:
Blend with 1 ice cube until foamy.
Finish with a dusting of cacao powder and top it off with Ginger Multi Bubbles made using tools from Flavour Blaster ๐ซงโ๏ธ
