¼ Cup Light Sour Cream

½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder

½ Teaspoon Salt Or MSG

2 Teaspoon Chopped Fresh Parsley

1 Teaspoon Chopped Fresh Dill

1 Teaspoon Chopped Fresh Chives

1-2 Teaspoon Fresh Lemon Juice

  1. Whisk together the Greek yogurt, buttermilk, and sour cream in a bowl until smooth.

  2. Mix in the garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.

  3. Fold in the fresh herbs—parsley, dill, and chives.

  4. Stir in the lemon juice, starting with 1 teaspoon, and adjust to taste.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors blend.
