Grilled Chicken & Broccoli w/ Creamy Garlic Sauce

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts ๐Ÿ—

2 cups (200g) broccoli florets ๐Ÿฅฆ

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt & black pepper ๐Ÿง‚

1/2 cup (120ml) Greek yogurt

2 garlic cloves, minced ๐Ÿง„

1 tbsp lemon juice ๐Ÿ‹

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley ๐ŸŒฟ

1/4 tsp paprika

Cooked rice or quinoa (for serving)

Marinate & Grill Chicken: Season chicken with salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp olive oil. Grill until fully cooked, then slice.

Roast Broccoli: Toss broccoli with remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast or grill until tender.

Make Sauce: Mix Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, and paprika in a bowl.
