Smashed Cucumber Salad

4 Persian cucumbers

1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

2 garlic, minced

2 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1️⃣ Smash your cucumbers and cut into bite size pieces. Set aside.

In a bowl, add the yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, garlic, red onions, herb, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined. Add the smashed cucumbers into the dressing and toss well. Garnish w/ lemon zest and dill. Serve and Devour!
