Gnocchi & Broccoli Skillet Bake

1 pack Gia Russa gnocchi
1 bunch baby broccoli, chopped
1–1½ cups tomato sauce
2–3 cloves garlic (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Olive oil
Parm blend (handful)
MontAmoré cheddar (~½ cup or more)
Salt + black pepper
Optional: 1 spoon garlic hummus for creamy kick

🔥 What I Do:
Boil water. Cook gnocchi just until it floats (1–2 mins).
Add baby broccoli to the same pot, cook 30 seconds. Drain.
In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil. Add garlic + red pepper flakes.
Pour in tomato sauce, simmer 2–3 mins.
Stir in gnocchi + broccoli. Add parm, salt, pepper. Optional: stir in hummus.
Top with MontAmoré + extra parm.
Bake at 375°F for 20–25 mins (until bubbly).
Broil 2 mins at the end for crispy top.
Cool 5 mins. Eat straight from the skillet like the kitchen queen you are.
