Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese

1 large egg

1 cup almond flour

2 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

½ tsp garlic powder

2 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)

Optional: shredded cheese and parsley for garnish

Step 1: Preheat & Prep

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2: Make the Dough

In a bowl, mix cottage cheese and egg until smooth.

Add almond flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder. Stir until a soft dough forms.

Step 3: Shape the Knots

Divide the dough into small portions.

Roll each portion into a rope shape and tie gently into knots.

Place on the prepared baking sheet.

Step 4: Bake

Brush knots with melted butter.

Sprinkle with shredded cheese if desired.

Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.

Step 5: Garnish & Serve

Brush again with melted butter.

Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm.

노트

Add extra garlic butter on top for stronger flavor.

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Reheat in the oven for best results.
