Miso Salmon. Melt In Your Mouth

What you’ll need:👩🏻🍳

¼ cup white miso paste

¼ cup coconut sugar

¼ cup mirin

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil

2 tsp ginger, finely minced

4-5 salmon fillets

Add miso paste, coconut sugar, mirin, soy sauce, sesame oil and ginger to a bowl and mix well.

Place salmon fillets in proper baking dish or a ziplock bag. Before pouring over the prepared marinade, reserve 3 tablespoons and set aside for later. Cover in Saran Wrap and marinate for at least 30 mins.

Preheat your oven broiler to high. Prepare a baking dish with aluminum foil. Place the marinated salmon fillets skin side down. Broil the salmon for 6-8 minutes.

When done, removed from the oven and spoon over the reserved marinade. Smother in sesame seeds and serve.
