1/4 cup very hot water

3/4 cup plain or vanilla greek yogurt

1 serving promix chocolate or vanilla protein powder (discount code - CLAIRE)

Sliced strawberries & mini dark chocolate chips for topping optional!

How to:

Add chia seeds and hot water to a bowl

Mix for about 30 seconds until the chia seeds gel up

Stir in Greek yogurt and protein powder until smooth

Add toppings and enjoy!
