800g beef brisket

1 large onion, sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

250ml beef broth

2 tbsp tomato paste

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp black pepper

- Heat olive oil in a pan and sear brisket on all sides until browned.
